Dr Vandana Arora Sethi is a Gold-medalist from Delhi University with work experience of more than 16 years, including industrial experience at Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, Gurgaon and at Smart Analyst Inc., Gurgaon.
Currently working at Lloyd Group of institutions , Greater Noida as Group Director.

Dr. Shilpi Sarna

HOD- Undergraduate Management Programmes

Dr. Shilpi Sarna is a Ph.D. from Jiwaji University Gwalior (MP) with 19 years of rich experience in the field of Teaching, Training, and corporate. She is currently associated as a Professor in the area of Human Resource Management at Lloyd School of Management. She is a certified HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic educator who places a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching and a stimulating learning environment for students. Her key areas of teaching and learning have been Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Strategic HR and Stress Management, Competency Mapping, and HR Analytics. She has contributed significantly earlier to institution-building activities such as Head-HR Specialization, Chairperson Alumni Relations, International Conference, HR Seminar, and People Connect (Inter-Institutional Event), as well as enriching the UG and PG course curriculum. She has a strong background in Human Resources and has published or presented numerous research papers in national, international, and Scopus-indexed publications. She organized internal and external FDP, workshops, as well as training programs for faculty and students as well as the Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI) in Ghaziabad. She has also obtained IRDA certification as a Licentiate Insurance Trainer.

Dr. Alka Jyoti

M.Phil, Ph.D

Professor

Prof. (Dr.) Alka Jyoti is a Post Graduate, M.Phil and a gold medalist of CCS University Meerut. She completed her Doctoral studies from MBU, Himachal Pradesh. She has more than 13 years of experience in Academics & Research. Currently, she is the Program Coordinator for P.G. in Management (MBA).

BBA Farewell Party 2022 Theme:Hollywood Oscars July 6th, 2022

Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology organized a dazzling Farewell party on 6th July 2022 for the students of BBA Batch 2019-22. A red carpet welcome was given to the senior batch. The Senior students also wrote their memorable experiences at LLoyd on the "Wall of Memories" created by the junior batch. Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions delivered the Welcome Address and advised students to do things in life that they are passionate about. She also said that "for success in life you must work hard and follow ethics in life". The event took place under the guidance of the cultural club Akruti facilitated by Dr. Alka Jyoti and Mrs. Ritika Khurana and BBA first year students. The event began flashing lights and foot tapping music and joyful performances filled the ambience and left the senior students and audience mesmerized. The event witnessed a variety of entertainment programs that consisted of solo dance, fusion dance, ramp walk, singing, etc. The most interesting part of the event was the selection of Miss and Mr. Farewell, wherein the students were selected by a jury consisting of the senior faculty members on the basis of their talent, wit and intelligent answers in the question rounds and appearance. Also, students were felicitated with various awards like Scholar 2022, Student of 2022, Cultural Icon and Sports Champion. Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions and Prof. (Dr.) Shilpi Sarna, HOD - BBA bestowed these titles. The farewell party ended with a good time-span for breaking-a-leg at the dance floor.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed senior secondary from a recognized board or University in any stream (Arts/Science/ Commerce/ Agricultural Science) with minimum 45% marks (for Gen/ OBC) or 40%marks(for SC/ST).

Financial Aid

Lloyd aims to support deserving/meritorious/ Economically Weaker students in availing financial assistance for pursuing their higher education.

However, the students and their parents/guardians shall be responsible for obtaining sanction and repayment of the sanctioned loan and all kinds of liabilities and consequences arising thereof, if any. The Institute shall not be liable and responsible in this regard.

Scholarship - Scholarship will be awarded on the Tuition fees to the Meritorious Students/ Reserved Category (SC/ST).

Class Room

The classrooms are aesthetically designed to prove a stimulating atmosphere, conducive to all round development of the students. Well designed and spacious class-rooms mark Lloyd’s contemporary culture. The classrooms are fully are conditioned and equipped with the latest facilities for presentations, complete with LCD projectors .Study rooms are also available for group projects, case studies .

Library

The library and information systems play a pivotal role in the learning activities of the students. With this consideration, the library at Lloyd acts as an important learning resource centre. We have a fully computerized, air conditioned library with a comprehensive collection of latest national and international books, journals, career guides etc. we also have a growing collection of the select management and related titles to cater to the academic needs of the students.

Information Technology Centre

Lloyd has a contemporary State-of-Art fully computing air-conditioned environment with power back-up in the campus, spanning all over the buildings. 24*7 Internet connectivity of 10 mbps through leased line (1:1) basis has been provided for the students, faculty and staff. Environment also includes latest computers in Local Area Networks, Wi-Fi Networks and stand-alones. Continuous efforts are made to replace and upgrade computer configurations to match the changing offerings in the market. At present there are 300 computers of Core 2 Duo and i-3 gen-2 Processors with Windows 7 Operating systems. Servers operate on windows 2008 Server Operating systems and Operating systems.

Cafeteria

Studies along with the captivating aroma of food and beverages make a wonderful pair. The institution has an ultra modern canteen with an aesthetic sense of design and décor which offers hygienic, wholesome and nutritious food at subsidized rates to satisfy different taste buds. A variety of India, Chinese & continental snacks and meals are served in neat, clean & hygienic surrounding.

E- Innovation Garage

This is a State-Of-The-Art facility to improve the entrepreneurship ability in students. This unique facility provides necessary technology, resources and environment to start new creative business ideas. The students, who have a technical bent of mind and want to do something of their own, are given full-assistance and support to develop their creative ideas into reality. The faculty and students work together on various projects, about which they are passionate on, and can earn while they study.

Hostel:(Boys & Girls)

The hostels, separate for boys and girls, are outsourced to competent hostel authorities. Lloyd has worked towards the goal of providing its boarders with an academic, activity-filled and a secure atmosphere. The hostel presently is an abode to 50 outstation students. Working with a commitment to provide holistic development to the boarders of the Girls' hostel, the hostel committee ensures a fair balance between work and play. Several sporting activities like badminton, carom, cycling etc. are organized from time-to-time which lead to a healthy mind and body.
We have highly modernized kitchen to provide wholesome food for the students.
