Objectives:

The objective of the activity was to engage the students of Lloyd BBA in extracurricular activities. The activity was conducted with the aim of making the students understand the importance and necessity of having team leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical, and creative skills.

Detailed Report:

The Friday Funday Activity was held on 31st March 2023, at Lloyd Group of Institutions, Management Department, campus 2. The activity was organized to bring the students out of the class set up and to create a healthy environment for the students to interact with other students and faculty. The aim was to give them space for their personality development through games and make them learn life skills through creativity. There were two games organized: “Mathematics Bingo”- The Math Tambola was played with the twist of solving mathematics equations and “Best out of Waste”- the students had to showcase their creativity by making something beautiful and meaningful out of waste products based on the theme of “Green Environment”. Students participated with enthusiasm and won attractive gifts. The event attracted several student volunteers whose work was acknowledged sincerely by our guests and judges of the day Dr Fehmina Khalique and Prof Anup Nautiyal

Learning Outcomes

The Activity provided the platform to the students to interact, and grow. The major learning outcomes of the workshop were:

  • to learn leadership skills
  • to understand the importance of team and inculcate interpersonal skills
  • to hone analytical and problem-solving skills
