The objective of the session was to give the BBA students of the upcoming batch (2023-2026) a snapshot on building their unique personal branding. This session was organised as a part of the ongoing online pre- orientation module.
Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a guest lecture on A Journey of Inspiration & Success by Alumni on 12th August 2023. The speaker of the session was Mr. Kaustav Ghosh, who is an entrepreneur. He is a founding partner at Brilliant Read Media Pvt Ltd. The session was conducted via Zoom platform and was attended by around 70-80 students, along with the Head of the Department and other faculty members. The speaker involved the students in a very engaging conversation where he discussed his journey from being the student of BBA at Lloyd to becoming an entrepreneur.
During the lecture, he touched upon various strategies and techniques that can significantly helped the students in making the right choices at an early age in their career. Students asked multiple questions about their prospects in the field and the speaker answered in a very promising manner. Students showed their enthusiasm in the lecture because it was the session that built a career plan in their head.
