The event was aimed at enhancing the teamwork and collaboration skills of the students in a fun and interactive way.
On October 20, 2023, the Management Department Campus 2 of Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a Friday Funday activity for its students, titled “Celebrating Team Synergy”. The event consisted of two main activities: the Smart Moves Challenge and the Minefield Maze. The Smart Moves Challenge was a strategy-based game that required the teams to solve challenging puzzles and tasks using their collective brainpower. The teams had to work together to find the best solutions in the shortest time possible. The game tested the teams’ logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
The Minefield Maze was a navigation game that required the teams to guide one of their members through a maze filled with hidden ‘mines’. The teams had to rely on clear communication and trust to avoid the ‘mines’ and reach the end of the maze. The game tested the teams’ coordination, communication, and trust skills. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where the winning teams were awarded certificates.
