Objective:

Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a special workshop on “ Mastering Personalised Correspondence using Mail Merge” on 6th March, 2024. The resource person was Mr. Mohit Agrawal , Associate Professor IT & Analytics, Lloyd Business School.

Detailed Report :

The workshop aimed to equip BBA & B.Com students with practical skills in using Mail Merge for personalized correspondence. Through hands-on training and discussions, students were expected to gain proficiency in setting up Mail Merge documents, customizing content for individual recipients, incorporating dynamic fields, and efficiently generating bulk communications.

Mr. Agrawal covered essential topics such as document setup, customization, dynamic fields, and best practices, students are expected to enhance their ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. The hands-on practice and interactive sessions were designed to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
