The objective of the activity was to engage the students of Lloyd BBA in learning activities. The learning activity enabled to create a learning environment by bringing together BBA first-year and BBA final-year students for a group discussion activity that was trained by senior students.
The Student Mentorship Program- “Mentoring Gurus” workshop was held on 5th April 2023, at Lloyd Group of Institutions, Management Department, Campus 2. The activity was organized as an initiative to help both BBA final year and BBA 1st year to learn from each other’s experiences and build a strong networking system. The aim of the workshop was to conduct a Group Discussion for the 1st year students under the mentorship of final year students. As Group Discussion is an important part of any placement procedure it becomes necessary to learn the rules, regulations, and techniques to do a discussion. Thus, a platform was provided to students to bring out their discussion skills and polish them with the help of the mentors.
