The objective of the session was to give the BBA students of the upcoming batch (2023-2026) a snapshot on building their unique personal branding. This session was organised as a part of the ongoing online pre- orientation module.
Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a guest lecture on Personal Branding: Unleashing Your Unique Identity on 5th August 2023. The speaker of the session was Mr. Vivek Nanda, who is a renowned corporate leader, motivational speaker and student mentor. The session was conducted via Zoom platform and was attended by around 85 students, along with the Head of the Department and other faculty members. Mr. Vivek Nanda gave 7 mantras to build a personal brand and shared several short stories from his enriched experience of more than 35 years.
During the lecture, he touched upon various strategies and techniques that can significantly enhance one's personal brand. Building a strong personal brand has become increasingly crucial in today's competitive landscape, as it allows individuals to stand out from the crowd and achieve remarkable success. A personal brand is the combination of unique skills, experiences and character traits that make you who you are. Building and managing a personal brand can help you advance your career and achieve your professional goals. The students gained a lot of knowledge from the session and asked many questions showing their enthusiasm on the topic discussed.
