The objective of the session was to emphasize the importance of projecting a positive image in personal and professional settings. For which, we invited an expert in the field to share her expertise and provide valuable insights on how to enhance your social skills and refine your grooming habits. The resource person for the session is Ms. Oshin Dixit, Soft Skills Trainer at Lloyd Institute, who has more than 5 years of experience in soft skills, personality grooming, and overall student development.
Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a guest lecture on Social Etiquette and Personal Grooming on 17th August 2023. The students learned practical tips and techniques that can significantly impact their overall presence and self-confidence. From mastering social etiquette to dressing appropriately for academia, our guest speaker covered a wide range of topics designed to help them make lasting impressions. The speaker involved the students in a very engaging conversation where she discussed the dos and donts of basic social etiquette and personal grooming. As management students, they learned the importance of the right body language, usage of hands, and gestures.
Students showed their interest in the session by asking many questions and learning the right expression and body language. Overall, the session was attended by more than hundred students and made the lecture a huge success.
