The U.G. Management Department Campus II, under the initiative of Synergy - The Management Club, successfully organised an interactive and engaging Team-Building Activity: "Clash of the Collaborators: Compete, Connect, and Conquer!" This event aimed to enhance students' teamwork, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills through a series of exciting activities.

The event saw enthusiastic participation, fostering a spirit of cooperation, strategic thinking, and friendly competition among students.

Activities and Winners

Balloon Pop Challenge

Players competed with balloons tied to their ankles, aiming to burst others’ balloons while keeping their own intact. The last person standing with an unpopped balloon was crowned the winner.

This challenge put agility, strategy, and quick thinking to the test.

Bridge Crossing

Teams had to navigate an imaginary river using a limited number of stepping stones (mats or papers) without “falling in.” Success depended on strategic planning, clear communication, and strong teamwork to get every member across safely.

Snake Game - Trust Walk

Participants lined up in a single file, holding onto the shoulders of the person in front. Everyone except the last person was blindfolded, relying on them to navigate an obstacle course using only non-verbal cues (shoulder taps).

This challenge highlighted the importance of trust, patience, and teamwork.
